I had a very unpleasant experience with Zeon. The brokerage lacks transparency and their fee structure is quite high compared to other companies I have dealt with. Not only did they fail to provide me with proper guidance, but their customer service representatives were also extremely unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. I was faced with constant technical issues on their platform causing undue stress. They did little to provide me with satisfactory solutions to my problems. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Zeon to anyone, their poor business practices leave much to be desired. They seriously need to revamp their system and improve their customer service.
