My overall experience with ValexTrade was massively disappointing and I strongly advise against using their services. I found their customer service to be woefully inadequate, often taking several days to respond to simple inquiries. The platform is far from user-friendly, with constant crashes and errors. It was impossible to make timely trades due to these technical issues. The fees were also hidden and higher than what was initially indicated which felt misleading. I had a terrible time navigating through the complex and non-intuitive interface. Regrettably, the entire experience felt like a waste of my time and funds.
