I had a thoroughly disappointing and frustrating experience with RT-Investing. Transparency and professionalism do not seem to be core values with this broker. They were very elusive when it came to questions about fee structures and long-term investment plans. I was also surprised by hidden charges that weren’t clearly communicated at the beginning. Customer service was consistently slow to respond and unhelpful when they did. There are trustworthy brokers out there, sadly RT-Investing is not one of them in my experience. Would not recommend.
