I constantly felt that they were withholding important information which made me feel insecure about the investments I was making. It took ages for their support team to respond to my queries, and even when they did, their explanations were vague and unsatisfactory. The entire process was stressful and frustrating and I don’t intend to use their services again. Would not recommend.
