My experience with Ideal Walls broker was far from ideal. Their customer service was terrible, communication was confusing and responses were often delayed. The broker lacked transparency, often not explaining charges and hidden costs that came along. They also made quite a number of errors on my paperwork, which made the process more difficult and drawn out. Furthermore, despite promising high returns, my investment seems to be underperforming. Overall, it’s an experience I wouldn’t wish upon anyone in the network. Hope to find a more reliable and honest broker next time.
