Their support team is unresponsive and unhelpful, providing little to no assistance when it comes to addressing my queries. On top of this, their trading platform is convoluted, poorly designed, and prone to frequent crashes. The latency issues in trades execution was also a big problem. Profits are hard to come by due to their high and non-transparent charges. They also advertised quick withdrawals, but reality was far from this – I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal for weeks now. Overall, Fx Group 100 exhibits numerous signs of being an unreliable and non-transparent broker, making it very hard for me to recommend their services to anyone.
