I have been extremely disappointed with the services provided by Crystal Wave. As a beginner in investing, I had hoped for some support with understanding the ins and outs of the stock market, but the guidance provided by Crystal Wave has been severely lacking.
One issue that I have encountered time and again is the broker’s lack of communication. Despite expressing my need for regular updates and consultations, they often left me in the dark about important changes in the market or fluctuations in my investments. Furthermore, when they did communicate, the information they provided was often vague and confusing, leaving me with more questions than answers.
Moreover, their platform isn’t beginner-friendly at all. The complex interface, coupled with the minimal instructions, has made it very difficult for me to navigate and use to its full potential.
Adding to my discontent is their customer service, which appears to be practically nonexistent. On the few occasions when I have called for help or clarification on an issue, I have either received no response or have encountered rude and unhelpful staff members.
The fees charged by Crystal Wave also seem to be much higher than those of other brokerages I have come across. Considering the subpar service they have provided, the heftier fees come across as wholly unjustifiable.
Overall, I expected a much higher level of service from a brokerage claiming to cater to both experienced and novice investors. I am deeply disappointed with my experience and feel that my time and money would have been better spent with a different broker.
