One Reply to “ChargedSpot”

  • My experience with ChargedSpot has been incredibly frustrating. First of all, their customer service is atrocious. It frequently takes days to get a response, and when they do respond, the information is vague and unhelpful. The trading platform itself is also a nightmare. It is constantly glitching out and the platform’s interface is not user-friendly at all. I’ve had one issue where a trade wasn’t executed in a timely manner due to a technical error, leading to a loss on my end. Moreover, their fees are much higher than most other brokers. Suffice to say, I’d recommend staying away from ChargedSpot.
