    Firstly, after registering and setting up my account, I was met with a user interface that is far from user-friendly. As a beginner, I found this quite discouraging, given that I was faced with a steep learning curve right from the start and unfortunately, their platform does not seem to be designed with beginners in mind.

    Secondly, there are no educational resources. I was under the impression that I would be guided or at least provided with some kind of educational tools about investing. Therefore, I had to do my own learning through external resources, which was time-consuming and inefficient.

    Additionally, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There have been instances where my queries and concerns took more than a week to be addressed. This lack of quick and efficient support from Budget Invest was disappointing, especially for an industry that’s time-sensitive.

    Lastly, I was disappointed in the hidden fees and costs. I wasn’t given a clear breakdown of the fees in the application process or find any clear information on their website. This lack of transparency led to unexpected costs, which is frustrating.

    In summary, Budget Invest’s user interface, lack of educational tools, poor customer service and hidden costs have all contributed to my disappointment with their service.
