Conclusion
The Xp Investment broker provides extensive information on its website, but restricts access to legal documentation, which may raise some skepticism among potential clients. It is recommended to review reviews from other clients about the platform before registering.
My experience with Xp Investment has been quite disappointing, to say the least. Initially, they were helpful, but as time progressed, their service quality drastically dropped. Their customer support team was non-responsive most of the time and when they did respond, it was vague and unhelpful. Further, their platform had a lot of technical glitches that made trading difficult and frustrating. The fees were also higher compared to other brokers I’ve used, making it a less cost-effective option for me. Transparency was also a big issue, as I found several hidden charges that were not explained upfront. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend XP Investment due to these reasons.
