  1. As a beginner in investing, my experience with the Fingenart broker has left me quite frustrated and disappointed.

Firstly, the excessive fees are a major issue. I understand that brokerage firms need to make money, but these fees seem much higher than expected based on comparisons with other brokers. Remember, I’m just starting out and need to learn the ropes without putting too much money on the line. The high fees dissuade me from making transactions and experimenting with different investment strategies.

Furthermore, I have found the lack of customer service to be quite troubling. Investing can be a complex field, particularly for beginners, and prompt and accurate guidance is crucial. Unfortunately, it has been difficult to get timely responses to my queries and when I do, the answers are often vague and lack clarity.

Lastly, the usability of the platform can also be improved. The interface seems cluttered and many of the functions are not intuitive. As a newbie, I need a platform that is user friendly and easy to navigate. The steep learning curve associated with Fingenart’s platform is just another hurdle that discourages rather than encourages my journey into investing.

If these issues aren’t addressed, I might have to consider moving my account to a more responsive and beginner-friendly brokerage. This is not an ideal situation, but I believe a good broker should assist me in growing my investment knowledge base and portfolio, instead of intensifying the challenges in my investing journey.
